Do I need to have a business idea ready before contacting you? +

No. Many of the owners we work with come with a feeling rather than a plan. The Rough Sketch engagement is specifically designed for that — helping you structure your thinking before you try to commit it to paper.

How are the sessions conducted? +

Sessions are held at our Kuala Lumpur office or via video call, depending on your preference. We confirm the format when we schedule.

What kind of businesses do you typically work with? +

Owner-managed small businesses across most sectors — retail, food and beverage, professional services, trades, and early-stage startups. If you run or intend to run a business yourself, we can likely help.

What happens if my situation changes during a longer engagement? +

That is expected, and it is part of why longer engagements include review points. We revise the plan as things develop rather than holding rigidly to a document that no longer reflects reality.

How soon can I expect to receive written outputs? +

For the Rough Sketch, you receive your outline within a few days of the session. For Detailed Plans, the written document is delivered at the end of the five-week period. For the Master Plan Partnership, you receive updated documentation after each quarterly review.

Is payment required upfront? +

For the Rough Sketch, full payment is made before the session. For longer engagements, we typically agree on a schedule — usually a deposit to confirm, with the balance structured across the engagement. We discuss this openly before any commitment is made.
