Before we write a single line of plan, we listen. Not from a script, and not to fill in a form. We want to understand how you think about your business — what you know well, what you are uncertain about, and what kind of decision you are trying to make.
From that starting point, we structure what we have heard, identify the areas that need further work, and build a document that reflects the actual shape of your business — not a generic template with your name on it.
The engagement type we recommend depends on where you are in your planning journey. Some owners need one clear session to get their thinking on paper. Others need several weeks of structured development. Some want an ongoing advisor alongside them over months.

Engagement agreed and scoped
We confirm which engagement suits your needs, outline exactly what it includes, and agree on timing and payment before anything begins.
Work delivered to scope
Sessions, documentation, and reviews are completed as agreed. You receive a written output at the end of every engagement.
Follow-up and next steps
After the engagement, we remain available for questions about the delivered plan. For ongoing engagements, we schedule the next review point.

A single engagement for owners with a vision but no framework yet. We listen, structure your thinking, and produce a one-page outline you can build on — together with a short list of the areas that need further development.
This is the right starting point if you have an idea that has not yet become a plan, or if you want a clear picture of what your business concept looks like when written down by someone who knows what to ask.

Detailed Plans

A five-week engagement to develop a sketch — yours or one produced through our Rough Sketch session — into a full, workable plan. We refine your direction, financial picture, and operational structure into a written document you can act on.
Suited to owners who are ready to move from thinking to careful execution — who have a sense of where they want to go but need it structured, pressure-tested, and committed to paper.

Master Plan Partnership
RM 3,320 / six months
A six-month advisory relationship for owners who are building something they intend to last. We meet monthly, revise the drawings as the business evolves, and keep the structure sound as conditions change.
This is not a retainer where we answer questions when called. It is a structured relationship with defined touchpoints, documented reviews, and a master plan that is treated as a living document — updated when the business changes, not filed away after the first session.
